Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 24-48 hours regardless of shipment method selected. We offer First Class and Priority options. Currently we only ship orders within the United States. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping Options:

  • USPS First Class Mail (1-3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-2 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)

Local Delivery:

*Due to COVID-19 all deliveries will be contactless & left at your door step, so keep an eye on your email to stay up to date on when your order will arrive.

Local Delivery is offered to certain zip codes in El Paso, Texas.

Deliveries take place Monday-Saturday between 11:00am-7:00pm. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after they've been placed and delivered 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.

To stay up to date on if your order has been processed and is ready for delivery you can always check your order status page which can be found in your order confirmation email. Once the order is out for delivery you will receive an email. It can take 1-2 hours for it to be delivered because all processed orders for that day are delivered at once. Once your order has been delivered you will receive an email letting you know your order is waiting for you at your doorstep ☺

    You must email for approval of your return/exchange. Please include your order number in the email. We have the right to refuse any return/exchange.

    Returns are accepted within 14 days of merchandise ship date. Returns and exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item you return. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and odorless with all original tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and that your refund/exchange has been granted. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to show in your account.
